The booking deadline for Romania is 2 October, and for Thailand it is 9 October. Please note that the booking platforms will close on these dates, after which no further bookings will be accepted. We therefore encourage you to secure your booking before the respective closing deadlines.

Due to popular attendance demand across the four brands, the WLA now hosts two ceremonies each year with the intent to allow those in different global zones to attend a ceremony closer to home and more in line with budgetary constraints.

You are welcome to attend either ceremony which most suits your travel desire or budget.

Yes, you can book to attend both gala’s when the booking platforms open on 1 September, if you so choose. Kindly note there is no difference in the procedures of the evening. The differences will be in the local and most likely cultural evening’s entertainment and the offered menu.

Only the destination the local and cultural entertainment and menu, other than that the general proceedings of the evening will be the same.

Both hotels are offering preferential accommodation packages that include the Gala ticket. These exclusive rates have been provided directly by the hotels and will not be available at better prices online. In addition, each property has allocated and reserved rooms specifically for our Gala weekend, so availability is assured for our guests.

No, there will not be live streaming at the ceremonies.

The ticket includes pre-event welcome drinks from 16h30, followed by a multi-course dining experience with curated wine pairings. Guests will enjoy local, culturally inspired entertainment and a professionally captured on-stage photograph for your “moment in the spotlight,” as well as photos at our red-carpet media backdrops.

You will also have the opportunity to take part in a red-carpet video interview after leaving the stage, filmed by one of our team members on your own mobile phone for immediate sharing with your followers and team. Photo booths and 360° camera experiences will be available throughout the evening, adding an extra layer of glamour to this memorable occasion.

The dress code we stipulate as “fancy/formal”, however many choose to also wear black tie or gowns or cultural attire. The choice remains up to you. We do however request no shorts, slops or casual attire.

Each hotel has a designated menu set for the evening. You will be able to select between regular, vegan/vegetarian, Halaal and Pescatarian, as well as stipulate any food allergies which the kitchen should be made aware of.

There will be no children under 12 allowed at the gala ceremonies. Any children over 12 are required to book a ticket to attend and will be served the same meal (without alcohol pairing) through the night.

There is no maximum amount of tickets you can book, however the booking platform will allow up to 10. Should more than this be required, you are welcome to email Jade at bookings@theworldluxuryawards.com
Please also note that it is our preference to host tables of 8 so everyone has the opportunity to face the stage. We will however create a table of 10 for your booking.

All visas for Romania follow the Schengen Visa process.

The host properties are responsible for the bookings and will take all payments directly. After booking, the host property of choice will be in contact with you and will provide you with an invoice and payment method of your choosing. The World Luxury Awards does not handle any payments for the gala tickets nor the accommodation packages.

The trophy is not included in the ticket price, there will however be sample trophies at the event at multiple stations and on stage for the photo opportunities. You will also be able to order merchandise from our shop once interim results are released and you know you are a winner.

There will be multiple breaks throughout the evening for you to enjoy your meal and some live entertainment, as well as mingle with your peers!

In the confidence of our clients, we are not able to disclose attendees who have booked to attend the event.

Unfortunately I am unable to provide you with final results which will only be announced on stage at the Gala you choose to attend, or provided in your official winner results email which will be sent on 26 October 2026. I do not have access to the final results myself, they are kept with Senior Management. The results will be live on our website at midnight, GMT+7 on 24 October. We do however encourage you to attend one of these special occasions, the whole evening is glamorous, fun and a night to remember!

Both host properties have provided preferential discounts for accommodation for World Luxury Awards attendees and package options which include gala ceremony tickets. All pricing can be found under the “BOOK NOW” tabs on the websites. The WLA does not handle any bookings nor payments for the Gala’s and as such we are unable to extend any discounts.

The gala ceremony ticket pricing is outlined by the host property and no discounts can be provided. The price includes a full evening of entertainment, the awards presentation, a variety of photo opportunities including a photo booth and 360° Glam Cam, red carpet video interview if you so choose, a multiple course dinner with wine pairing and networking with peers of the industry. The WLA does not handle any bookings nor payments for the Gala’s and as such we are unable to extend any discounts.

Visa requirements vary significantly depending on your nationality and the passport you hold. While many countries qualify for visa-free entry or entry on arrival for short stays in both destinations, other nationalities must apply for formal visas in advance.

It is your sole responsibility to check, secure, and fund the correct entry clearance for your specific nationality:

For Thailand: We recommend checking your country’s entry requirements on the official Thai e-Visa Platform.
For Romania: Because Romania applies Schengen Zone visa regulations, you should review guidelines on the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Visa Portal or consult your local embassy.

Please ensure you research and submit your applications well ahead of the event dates to account for potential government processing times. Event bookings open on 1 September 2026. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the necessary event details to proceed with your application.
