Barefoot Shark Encounters Fiji

Port Denarau, Nadi, Fiji

Barefoot Shark Encounters offers an unforgettable opportunity to experience Fiji’s rich marine biodiversity, including its diverse shark species.

To date, 17 species of Fiji Sharks have been identified, though others may pass through Fiji’s waters undetected.

As part of the Barefoot Collection Fiji—an established tourism and conservation group operating for over a decade—Barefoot Shark Encounters is deeply committed to marine conservation. A key part of its mission is to challenge negative perceptions of sharks by offering close, respectful encounters through Fiji Shark Dive Day Cruises, Fiji Shark Dives, and Fiji Shark Dive Accommodated Packages.

Supporting Local Fiji Communities
Barefoot Shark Encounters also plays a vital role in supporting the people of Fiji’s remote Yasawa Islands by creating employment opportunities. Additionally, a portion of proceeds from Fiji Shark Dives is donated to a local Yasawa Island school, helping to give back to the community.
