DiVes Estate Winery was founded with the main goal of producing high-quality Bulgarian wines.
The winery owns its own vineyards, where the most popular wine grape varieties are cultivated: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Muscat, and Sauvignon Blanc. For their high-quality Rosé, they use the Bulgarian wine variety Pamid, which, grown near the sea, imparts a unique freshness and finesse.
DiVes Estate Winery is located near the town of Aheloy and is built on the historic hill of Simeonova Mogila. In honor of Simeon's victory, they erected the monument 'The Eye of the Victor,' which has become the symbol of the winery and is always present on every one of their wine labels.
To produce their wine, they use the most modern oenological equipment and technologies. The hand-harvested grapes are transported no more than 4-5 km and are processed immediately. Timely application of cold and inert environments helps them to steep their white varieties for an extended period, while for the reds, they use pre-fermentation maceration. By combining freshness and fruitiness, the mission of DiVes Estate Winery wines is to stand out with their authentic naturalness.
