Krypa Sp. z O.O offers cruises around Warsaw on traditional Vistula boats, including galar and krypa.
They proudly display plaques from the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage recognizing their inclusion on the list of intangible heritage. Guests can access an audio guide in 21 languages, including Chinese and Arabic, with new languages introduced periodically. Their guided cruises feature narration in Ukrainian, English, Italian, and Russian.
They operate three ships, including a newly upgraded vessel with a restroom and viewing roof. The cruise route showcases historic architecture, industrial sites, and Warsaw's natural beaches from the best vantage points. Their flagship offering is a 55-minute sightseeing cruise, with an expected capacity of 20,000 passengers this year.
Approximately 70% of guests are international, as they partner with Online Travel Agencies. Their coordinators, captains, and service staff wear a uniform, and they provide Wi-Fi on board. Tickets, boarding passes, and souvenir tokens with QR codes link to the audio guide.
