Las Cárcavas is an exclusive luxury oceanfront destination wedding venue in Uruguay, South America, set within the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve of Laguna Garzón, just 15 minutes from José Ignacio and 50 minutes from Punta del Este.
Spanning 60 hectares (150 acres) of protected coastline, pine forest and open countryside, half of the estate remains an untouched ecological reserve. Couples can celebrate across distinctive settings, including an oceanfront Beach House, pine forest Grill House, wide open fields and sculpted natural gullies, with indoor and outdoor spaces for ceremonies, receptions and celebrations under the stars.
Las Cárcavas features a seasonal farm-and-sea-to-table restaurant using produce from its organic garden and fresh local seafood. The estate also offers private beach access, natural lagoons and a private natural grass tennis court.
